I love the way you "broke character" in this video by switching from narrator to your character. The little bits of dialogue where you would laugh or exclaim in joy or anguish really added so much depth to your storytelling!!

Robin Hood story
This is such an underrated video. How this doesn't have over 1mil is beyond me.
It's nostalgic for me and also a paradigm shift. I played a lot of Mount & Blade: Warband and what impacted me the most was the breaking of the illusion of glorification/romanticization/unrealism of war themes in games.
I remember a Kingdom of Nords campaign, I was in the middle of sieging a castle, the colors of my flag were blue and burgundy stripes and everything was soaked in blood, indistinguishable from those colors other than red. The immersive thought was: "How many of my men are going to die here? How many more battles will I have to fight for this war to end? Will I live long enough to retire and see my family grow?"
It's a depressing thought that many armed conflicts not only in the game but in the history of humanity could have been minimized or even avoided butt they are just a part of this "game".
Love the story behind this playthrough ❤ subbed and hope to see more stuff like this

I can recommend 2 things for your bandit shock troops, Reinforced leather armor with chainmail, battle axe. Cheap, brutal and durable.
