@@efeezhee4088 happy to hear that! I also offer the rear sway bar mount that works with my system if anybody is interested. Just reach out and I can discount the option for just those pieces.
You read the vibe right this was the perfect video being so many took advantage of that incredible deal on it. I had to get one. I ran it once stock & it was frustrating how easy it tipped over & the front bumper would hit everything. But I had parts ready for it so I replaced the wheels with Treal beadlocks & Proline BFG tires Treal shock towers & 90 mm Yeah Racing big bore shocks. Also Treal brass wheel extenders for a wider stance. I removed the rear spare tire & put in some scale items. I’ve got 60w oil in the back & 50w in the front. I also moved in the front bumper as much as I could. But eventually I’ll replace it. I took it out again & the difference was unreal it’s like a whole different truck now. It’s becoming one of my favorite rigs to take out. I’m replacing the stock motor but for now I programmed the esc which really helped the performance. Hopefully we can see more video of them out Crawling on the areas you use to test just to get a good comparison.
All valid points for the rig. Eric’s rig is the nearest to stock. Minor change in the wheels, tires, 90mm shocks and brass chubs, the rig was amazing. Slow crawl in the stock motor wasn’t bad, but I had to swap out right away on mine.
@@RCReviewChannel I believe the sale ended after a restock is when I was able to get the white one. The price was right for sure. The people that purchased them are finding out that not only do they look super good they can also perform well with the right mods.
Finally the early bronco is getting some love! Just a shame it took being reduced to $300 in the sale to get noticed. I got mine when it was released and couldn't understand the hate for them. Just a few tweaks and its a damn good rig as proven by these guys. More running footage please!
We figured it was also released about the same time as the element knightrunner which was a huge hit. Once the price was reduced it went on everyone’s radar.
too much pandemic pricing at $550. Not marketed well too, sitting up so high. Very little promotion and push behind it too. And it needed one of these two efforts that these guys did.
Great video. I have one and love it. The dig craps out on these usually because you need to set the servo endpoints. The servo burns out because it is still applying force even if the arm can't actually move any further.
Exactly, Stock servo is "good enough" but if you don't set the endpoints the constant pressure heats up the stock mini servo. I found if I set it to a 3 position switch I can run it in Front wheel drive, saves a little battery life when its time to head back to the parking lot lol.
Great video, thanks for posting👍I bought 2 on the $299 sale. I am running the stock shocks with 70wt oil in the rear, 50 wt in the front. I have some semi-wide Amazon beadlocks with "disc brake" brass wheel weights, Squid'nserts tire inserts, Pro-line BFG G8 KM3 tires. Power is provided by a Hobbywing Fusion Pro with a FlySky G7P radio. My next purchase will be the SSD knuckles and Brass diff covers. I love these Broncos.
@RC Review I am in the long position of the 3 available, mine is still a challenge at full throttle so I will be experimenting with the leverage available by switching to the shortest spot for more. My girl still has full articulation with the stock springs, next is to try 60wt shock oil instead of 40wt.
Wish I would have grabbed another. 90mm is my next step, than need a new dig servo at least. Better foams and maybe spacers or offset wheels. Some brass would be nice, but I'm a poor boy who can't afford these prices people want.
Like the red color. The second one those are better looking cans than the ones I bought, more realistic because of the three 'bars' instead of one. The last one, how was the motor raised? That's a shame, I think that you can't see it. Thought about cutting the hood and vents on the scoop - raising the motor might help too!
So will the rear mount from Fine Laser Design not work with the Reefs anti sway bar installed? That's a bummer. I have the Reefs anti sway bar but haven't installed it yet.
@@RCReviewChannel I just purchased the Ender 3. It’s my first printer, and it’s really good! The quality is amazing. It does print slow though. For $180 it’s so good.
@@rcvurooom8837 I just ordered a sheet off Amazon. Hopefully it's thin enough to mold to the body like his. Very nice job. Might even try making something for the '79 Bronco as well. You would see a lot of diamond plate on rigs at least back in the 90's.
@@timothybrown1189 There are some pretty nice diamond plating stickers that I’ve seen & pieces of diamond plating sold by size . They even have red & blue plating which would make it bling.
Hopefully we can get a longer run video. Great job guys. Your rigs look ready to have some fun
Thanks so much. Yeah. We will need to get more running videos. Been so much fun driving.
That paint job and engine paint job is awesome!
Thanks Kevin! I run 2 of your mounts. This one and the one for the SCX6. 🤙

@Kevin Fine I’m a big fan of your mounts. Since I put the sway bar on, I did order another another set with the other rear clip. Just got it today.
Personalization of the 3 are cool! Yeah my brothers and I took advantage of that sale also. Going to personalize all 3 of ours also! 👍🏻
It's the best part of the hobby!
You race some nice lines. Very consistent.
Thanks. We love pushing it to the limit. 1:10 doesn’t hurt as much as 1:1. Haha

Thanks. It’s a super fun platform for anyone that’s new to scale.
$580 original MSRP... no. $299 crazy sale, heck yes with much room for mods now.
Where can I get that diamond plating for my axial early bronco.

Mainly because at $549 it's not a good deal.

Crazy that it settles the car for low-speed, not high speed which was it's original purpose.
