    Earl was a wonderful man! He was extremely kind man to everyone! I loved him! I have the paper key he gave me when I was small. Thank you for everything!

    Earl Keyes was a friend of my dads boss, and would show up at the employee picnics every year at Huntington Beach. Nice guy. The name of the original Mr. Jingeling was Max Ellis. He died in 1964.

    I remember him talking to Santa via a giant magical television at the North Pole.

    A much-loved memory of better days. We Buckeye kids watched Mr. J religiously, part of any northern Ohio Christmas.

    It's sad now everything is woke who knows if a Mr jingling could even exist anymore the way we knew him. We would offend somebody

      I agree completely. But I cant stand that word,Woke. Just another word some twig liberal decided to tag on yet another ridiculous set of desired restrictions.

    @1:09!!!
    I COULDN'T AGREE MORE!!!
    Our children are missing out on so so much!
    People need to stop worrying about 'what latest tech' they need to buy for their children, and sink some of that money into creating REAL HOLIDAY MEMORIES!!!

    Remember thinking he was scary looking at first - LOL! But we always talked about him.

    Who was the original Mr. Jingaling before Earl Keyes? I remember one in the early 60's, before 1965. Thanks.
