It is rare for the Courts to change the venue but it has happened. Now I note that the fact that the electorate in Manhattan voted overwhelming for Joe Biden is not an indicium that a Jury cannot be selected that is capable of reaching a decision based on the facts established by the evidence and by the supporting legal arguments. To use the example of Alan Dershowitz he argues that his condemning of the indictment is based on the integrity of the Justice system and that the public should accept that he does not support Trump and that he voted for Biden. Yet at the same time, he argues that Trump cannot get a fair trial because the electorate voted against him. Accordingly, he is not willing to give the citizens of Manhattan the same status as himself. I do note that it is convenient for those wanting a change of venue to omit in their arguments that the Trump defense team will have a significant number of “peremptory challenges “to the Jury pool as well as “challenges for cause”. It would have been appropriate for AD to have at least informed people of that whenever he asserts that the venue should be changed to Staten Island or some other place. Again, I refer to my earlier comment that the Trump Organization never appealed the Fraud conviction of December 2022. I also note that the most widely read newspaper in NYC is the NY Post which is owned by the Murdochs (who also own Fox) and supported Trump in both previous elections and just about every two days have at least 1-2 articles attacking both Bragg and/or Letitia James so he cannot complain about widespread negative pre- trial publicity tainting the Jury pool. It is easy to verify the facts I have stated herein respecting such matters as the December 2022 conviction, the entitlement of Trump to challenge jurors for cause and entitlement to peremptory challenges and easy to just check that the NY Post supported Trump in both elections.

This state's the whole indictment perfectly. If the judge in this case who is against Trump to begin with doesn't vote to dismiss then I don't see how the average citizen in this country can look at this case and say that the Democrat Party isn't using the judicial system as a weapon against Republicans. Which they obviously are
