I was just looking to buy some Duckhorn and I’ll probably pick up their Merlot and not this wine featured in the video as I’m more a fan of Burgundy Chardonnay than the typical California Chardonnay.
I tried the 2022 recently and in all honesty, it was just gross. It smelled ok, a little apple amd pear, but the taste was thick and boozy, had a fake butter film on roof of my mouth, a little nail polish, a little vanilla yogurt, a little burn on swallow. I couldn't finish a short pour.

The merlot is decent. I prefer the Grgich Hills Chardonnay is way better! Salud!
