These workouts have seriously saved my back! I hopped into the program in week 3 when my low back was hurting from too much sitting at my laptop. I've been searching for ever for a 30 minute standing arm workout, but I could never find one that was fully standing. Instead I had to do a 20 minute one, then a separate 10 minute one and although it's a good workout I wanted to find something that fully 30 minute with no gaps.

I really liked the work out. Total killer arm workout. The only thing I would change is how long the exercises are for the warm up. I think they could be shorter.

So i came across this half laid in my sofa, started doing the warm ups from that same position then i got up grabbed my weights and thought ‘lemme see’ soo glad I did i loved it, arms trembling and sweat rolling. How you keep a straight face when i was doing all the faces 😵💫 especially the shoulder press! I pushed through and completed it and will now aim to do it 3x per week 👍🏾

Finally managed to catch up with you guys ! I started this workout with 2 kg dumbbells and finished with 4 kg ones. My arms and pecs are killing me... Please Olivia can you let us know what weight you use in the comments as you usually do, so we know where to start ? Thanks ! Another great workout done, I really love this program !
