The radar systems in the game actualyl work realistically. ELINT essentially detects other emission sources and their strengths and directions. Jamming doesn't make you invisible. Quite to the contrary, a jammer is basically to a normal radar what a floodlight would be to a handheld flashlight. Activating a jammer tells everyone in the same hemisphere that there's a jammer there, but it overpowers enemy radar, so they can't quite tell *what* there is beyond a jammer and can have trouble determining how far away it is. Also, some missiles have anti-radiation seekers. AKa, they cahse after the emissions of radar and jammers instead of using their own onboard radar to search for targets. Lighting a jammer is a great way to get every anti-radiation missile in the same hemisphere to come chasing after you.

This is the game from the developer of Hammerfight (as far as I can remember). It was also an interesting game with strange fight system but without all strategical components of Highfleet
Well, not that difficult when you watch video several times before and research everything in advance. Still, while it's common theme among all of his videos, I applaud for being thorough and providing accurate comments. Good channel for reaction videos.
I like strategy games with a lot of moving parts but there are also some quality of life things I would prefer left in. Some people like a realistic tank sim but I'd more like to have the comfort of controlling it without a year of training, on my own, and with a keyboard. There's probably a limit for people into this stuff too where it gets very gritty but the game will usually cut off instead of forcing you to bleed out. Clowns are generally weird, most people agree they're creepy but there are good funny clowns. I can't say I'm sexually attracted to the concept but I also won't say I judge it as degenerative, there are certainly worse fetishes that go beyond "Why?"
That he just whips out “Revelations 16:16” off the cuff this dude is my kind of banter guy. Also: WATCH THE FREAKING CREDITS. There has not yet been a youtuber reacting to this that watched the freaking credits!

I have been a victim of the clussy wave. I started enjoying it as a joke, but now i'm starting to question if it still is a joke - or if i am now the joke.
I really do love the concept of highfleet, and I really want to play it more. It just the learning curve for some stuff it just a little hard, even the manual that comes with the game doesn’t help me too much. Just want to know how some of the stuff works and what ship types I need, and what they require to qualify as such.
It's a matter of what you were used to. In Thailand 25 degree celsius would warrant me pulling out my winter coat. If it gets to the point of snowing I would probably die without 10 layers of insulation.
for anyone thats interested, the last 4 mins of the video are the various designs either getting clapped or clapping cheeks and the lightshow that goes with it.
If this game had similar battle mechanics as "Airships: Conquer the Skies" it would be many times better, not saying that it isn't good, but there's definitely space for improvement in that area. Why can the enemy send 3 ships each time while you can only send 1? The AI seems fine to me, so why not allow us to battle on the same grounds as them?
Wait you can understand Russian to? Dude, how many languages do you know? I've heard you mention you speak French as well, and can understand Spanish. I can bearly master English ans it's my fuckin native language.
5 but I'm really getting rusty since I barely get to speak them. Russian...well it comes from working in a city that had a lot of Russian immigrants, they would always have a chat after work so I picked up a bit from them
That’s cool, sadly I’m not that good at learning languages, I would have loved to pick up more Tagalog when I was working with a group of most Filipinos, cuz now I want to visit the Philippines, and it would have been easier to visit if I knew more of the language, get to see all of the Philippines, not just the tourist spots. All I really know is “kumalma ka” which translates to calm down

Female clowns are based.
Male clowns are good if they're strongman style rather than obscene fat style.
Strongman clowns go "hunk hunk"
Male clowns are good if they're dressed and look like female clowns*
fixed that for you.
John Gacy begs to differ.

You can lure anti rad missiles an switch all off. They just fly by when the radar is off
only just realised he’s playing WotR in a small outro bit
and of course he picked the spidercat, goddamnit Seth
I do enjoy when you have your own take on a game before the reaction happens. Thanks for that.

12:32 - small notice. In Russian version this stuff is more important, since most words are longer and thus a bit harder to decode.

25 celcius is lovely weather for me. i pray everyday the temperature is lower than 30
Interesting that 25° C is cold for us. We have 45°C average and consistant 50° days have been ongoing since last week where I live.
I don't kink shame as long as it's legal it's fine , so Idc about Clussy
Meanwhile, in 49 C: I wish it was 25 C. Shame the sun disagrees.

Artificial difficulty. If you had the chance to send 3 ships into combat at the same time, you'd win basically every fight.
