“Exposed Roots” is one of the two songs I landed on the Sakura Season compilation that has just been released by DQBT Records. It’s somehow connected to Meditative Flow, both emotionally and sonically, as it’s born in a similar period of time of the album. I’ve picked this title because I feel the song gives away so much about my origins, and the ‘exposed roots’ are both intended as in the plant world and as of some kind of ‘heritage/cultural’ sense.
