The concept behind this album began to manifest itself from a growing frustration with the sheer commodification of all kinds of goods, arts, landscapes and even nature itself - think organic, miracle products sold at exorbitant prices even when they are provided almost free from mother nature-. I don't know if this derived from the excessive use of social media in recent years, from capitalism or from a growing individualism but an undeniable detachment from real life and from a certain awareness of our place on this planet is happening. I myself have to somewhat commodify my music in order to release it to the world and do this comment, so I feel a weird duality while trying to explain this concept publicly 😅 As an artist, I think it's my job to express what I perceive about the world around me, and right now I can't hide a certain unease and disappointment.
