I really enjoyed your reaction and how much you enjoyed her performance. A lot of people want more riffs and vocal gymnastics from their singers and while that can be very impressive, it sometimes takes me out of a story. Lea is always telling a story when she sings and that's why I never get tired of listening to her or watching her.
Just curious - do you only put musical theater stuff out on Mondays? You mention that you mostly react to pop divas, so how about reacting to Regine Velasquez and Lea Salonga singing a musical medley? Regine is a pop diva and I'll bet you'll get lots of views for their duet.
By the way, Lea is pronounced LAY-uh, not LEE-uh.
You do Lea! I think she’s one of my favs, after Mariah. Her voice is so strong, but pure, and clear. I feel and believe what she sings. When it came out, I’d watch the recording of “a whole new world” over and over. A legend.

Don't get me wrong. Lea is a great technical singer. She definitely can sing this song 8 times a week but personally, her sound is "too clean" for Elphaba. However, this performance on its own is amazing.

Lea´s in her own league. I´d prefer her versions all day every day. Not only is she an exquisit singer, but knows how to fully express every bit of emotion. I love her angelic, yet passionate flexibility. Blows me away every time. There´s literally no musical singer like her.

I’ve not heard of Lea before. Don’t get me wrong, my god can she sing but for me there’s way too much vibrato throughout her performance. It’s a 9/10 for me, if there was less vibrato she’d be getting a solid 10/10
