🥣 Ingredients:
1lb | 500g | 3 medium sweet potatoes
1oz | 30g | 2tbsp dairy-free butter
6oz | 250g sliced leeks
12oz | 350g raw spinach
1 minced garlic clove
salt and black pepper for seasoning
12oz | 350g raw spinach
🥣 Cream ingredients:
5oz | 130g | 1 cup cashews
3tbsp nutritional yeast
9oz | 250ml | 1 cup vegetable stock
5oz | 150ml | 2/3 cup dairy-free milk
1tsp Dijon mustard
🧑🍳Cooking tips:
❗If you prefer regular potatoes to sweet potatoes you can use them instead.
❗Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to the recipe to get your favourite flavour.
❗You can substitute vegetable stock for water.

If there are actually people who can cook that way, I am not one of them. I had to keep replaying parts of the video to make sure nothing was missed. If I want to make this recipe in the future, I will have to repeat that process. It may take you less time to do it this way, but for someone trying to follow the recipe, it is too time consuming.

Butter is a dairy product. If you want to use dairy free call it something else: margarine or palm oil blend, but if it doesn't have dairy then it is not butter.
