Great review. I've bought one of these here in France. I collect in two days time. Can't wait. Renault has always been a bold innovator and this is no exception.
In Japan I live, I said you to be am sure that my Twingo NA by MT ariived yet at last week is very pleasure driving and prcisous car in present times. So I will be happy and joy with twingo.
i try to always watch the reviews even if i dont like the cars because of the informative presentation from the crew which im grateful. however this particular upload was ruined by unusually poor production both in audio and video, shot with what seemed GoPro wide angle quality and the utilization of RUclips's horrible nausea inducing jello image stabilization which made it unwatchable for me. sorry.
nice Review as usual, but please add a good mic. Renault made a nice little car in every aspects, i would have like a more reduced fuel consumption 8 l / 100 km seems a bit high but anyway. More fun to come if Renault provides an RS version soon !
ihcnarf Used another mic for that one, sorry. Annoying highway in the back ;) I dont think there will be a RS version. As the Brabus version will prolly only come for the Smart fortwo, we are not expecting that one for the forfour.
Thanks for the review , Okay Vehicle but the Hood needs a strut to replace straps or cables when opened ,that alone would keep me from purchasing it . I know its a minor thing but , minor problem add up. Thanks Joe
This looks like a great little car, but there are some reservations I have. Firstly, the fact that there is virtually no space for luggage isn't just a big drawback, but a major design flaw. Why did Renault make the decision to have the engine of new Twingo at the rear of the car??? I'm puzzled by this decision.Buyers in the UK will notice this and be put off very quickly, so sadly I can't see the new Twingo doing well in the UK. For me the class leaders in this city car class are the VW Up!/ Skoda Citigo and Seat Mii, but obviously the current Fiat 500 is still very popular in the UK, as is the Toyota Aygo. It also seems more people are discovering the revelation that is the Vauxhall/Opel Adam (best dashboard by far in its class, and very 'Audi-esque' in its styling) - if you can get over the awful name Vauxhall/Opel chose. So Renault will need to make some big changes to the new Twingo if it is to be successful - not just in the UK but anywhere. If they can put the engine in the front, then the Twingo could topple the small car offered by the VW group. They need to do this otherwise they could have a flop on their hands. Having quirky looks and being good to drive isn't enough if there is practically no luggage space. Even small city cars need some space for this. Renault need to take all this on board.
Engine in the rear gives much more room in the front. As a retired elderly couple we find the luggage space more than adequate especially as you can fold down the seats.
Could you please concentrate visuals on the car and not yourself plus keep dialogue directed at the car and not your surroundings or a previous model. This seems to be prevalent on you tube, where time is limited, with more visuals and dialogue of the presenter than the product being presented.
Further to my comments above...After fast forwarding past your initial 3 minute diatribe I must admit you finally started showing the car and details. I like your summary telling what the car feels like but pricing is irrelevant as it differs with the market its sold in. Keep up the good work.

the first twingo, He fell in love the people with the french filing...this was the possibility to make the same, but doesn't
Awesome review!
thank you buddy!
There is also a radiator behind the grill. You can see it in the smart fortwo factory video on autogefuhl!
Thanks for a good rewiew (as usual). This car is as far as i know, not on sale in Sweden. So it's extra interesting therefore.
+Tomas Nordin thanks tomas! hm renault doenst sell in sweden? or they not selling the twingo?
Renault is represented in Sweden, but not the Twingo. The previous model was unsaleable here,so i guess that's why.
In Japan I live, I said you to be am sure that my Twingo NA by MT ariived yet at last week is very pleasure driving and prcisous car in present times. So I will be happy and joy with twingo.
thx for the feedback!
i like the speaker ,calm and giving a lot of informations .
could you pick filming locations which are less noisy? quite clear Köln is a big city, I can hear every car passing by
Martijn Kösters Yeah, that was a little bit too loud indeed. Wont happen again :)

You really need to improve the sound quality, it's letting you down on a really useful and good review.
Very nice review. I am not sure i like the engine in the back at this type of car but i rest it is great.
+Dragos Teodor Bran thanks!
I'm waiting for the Renault Twingo to come to the U.S. !
Alex Chad I doubt that Twingo will come ashore. The 1st generation never make it, let alone the 3rd one.

TechExplorer Yeah Joe, its really crazy to work on that engine ... plus the trunk still gets very hot.
STEERING IS SUPPOSED TO BE LIGHT, IT'S A SMALL CAR SO STEERING SHOULD STAY LIGHT. EXCELLENT DESIGN AND ERGONOMICS ON THE RENAULT TWINGO !!!! :)

There is no flop . Here in France they sell like hot cakes !
What is the base price? I have to think depreciation must be very heavy on this car.
Why?
@@htimsid Renault.

D Gatewood thanks buddy for the feedback. Hope to see you at more of our videos.
No luggage space in the hood of the front of the car ... disappointing
mercedes + renault should make more cars together
nightmare to service, main dealer only, poor luggage space, avoid, buy a fiat 500.
Renault twico rs prachtig correct foto's maken ❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉
