This is the new 2023 Mercedes-Benz AMG EQS Sedan. This EQS AMG 4MATIC Sedan comes in MANUFAKTUR Selenite Grey Magno on Black / Space Grey Nappa Leather. The powertrain consists of 2 electric motors (1 on each axle) providing 649 HP/700 Lb-Ft of Torque.
Standard features of this AMG EQS Sedan include Bluetooth audio, a backup camera, and WIRELESS Apple CarPlay/WIRELESS Android Auto compatibility. Additional features include a navigation system, power panoramic sunroof, and heated/cooled front seats.

You didn't mention its most direct competitor: the BMW i7 M70. You can get automatic doors, Swarovski crystal daylight running lights, cashmere seating, 31" 8k theater screen, and 650 hp.

There is a slot in the door frame to insert the seat belt when you fold down the rear seat (4:38 in the video), this will stop it from getting stuck behind when you raise the seat back to the upright position.
