They have a Gofundme page, for the most part they don't get paid, their RUclips has only made about $100 to date, overtime this will increase, they also made just over $1000 in their Gofundme page, however the cost for all 15 kids to go to school is $200 x 15 per year... not all the kids go to school, but they have a roof and food and enjoyment from a simple life.
I run their gofundme and personally visited them, I also pay their rent and food, so I can tell you that these kids do get paid in some way or another, but 15 children is expensive and their youtube only generates about $100 or so over 3 months, each kid costs about $200 per year to go to school ($3000) so their gofundme doesn't cover their school, let alone, clothes, medical, dental, nothing is free in uganda...
