- Hello and welcome to SOUTHEND AVIATION!
At last commercial flights from London Southend resume! Easyjet now offer 3 flights to London Southend from Palma, Malaga and Faro. This video features EasyJet's "inaugural" flight from and to Palma De Mallorca. Hopefully we'll see EasyJet expand their network at Southend and with any luck restart their base here.

Great to see Easyjet come back to my local airport again! It was just sad seeing the terminal mothballed for several months, when Ryanair pulled out. Yes, hopefully Easyjet restarts a base here again in the near future and that they bring back Amsterdam.

Brilliant seeing Easyjet back at Southend albeit for a few months, hopefully they will be back permanently in 2023 with lots more routes and more aircraft, SEN desperately needs a 2nd or 3rd carrier to operate on routes not serviced by Easyjet, can't understand why Easy are not operating a flight to Amsterdam knowing how popular that has been for them. Anyone know why the Airbus being used was Austrian registered ?
Thanks for the comment! The reason for the Austrian reg is because this is an EasyJet Europe frame, due to brexit some of EasyJet's fleet had to be in a European registration in order to be based in Europe. EasyJet also have Swiss reged aircraft based in Geneva!
