We have to believe that the 10000 followers in the area may come and spread the news to friends and so forth. We can also make an assumption that people may get rowdy in these times to obtain that free gaming system for whatever reason. His intent may not have been to incite a riot but what he did should have had some expectation that something may happen. We cannot be oblivious to our actions either
