If you are looking to refurbish a lead acid automotive battery, vibrating it shakes the sulfite crystals and corrosion loose from the plates, making it easier to clean out, giving it a better chance to be revived. After all the nasty BS is out, and the plates are clean, you can refill with a sulfuric acid/distilled water electrolyte solution, and start boiling it over to recharge it. I've successfully refurbed about 9 batteries this way. However, this is obviously not the joke you were making XD

on todays episode of making junk for youtube subscribers we take what an angle grinder and random orbit sander do really well and make something that doesnt work worth a shit! and does nothing well. ill never get that 18:45 of my life back...

That said, if you spray paint it bright pink and attach a couple of "prosthetics" to the mount points, you could probably sell at least tens of units to the adult entertainment industry.... Or.. If you go to the adult store and pick up something big and black, it would probably work better for industrial uses (some of those things reportedly already have "texture" on them) than your contraption and be half the cost... 😝

An old orbital sander that only makes circles in the workpiece and that's why everyone only uses an eccentric sander can be found in almost every workshop somewhere in an old cupboard at the bottom of the corner... it does the job better and is happy when it gets another job.
