I was 15 when Perfect Strangers was published. Since then, Purple has been my companion, my friend, and the soundtrack of my life. In 1984, they were the most fantastic rock band in the world. Thank God, I am a Purple fan! This is a great concert, like Paris 1985.

I was at this show. I remember we were a little late on account of meeting some American girls on holidays in Sydney. When we arrived we found all of our friends who had arrived on time had had their seating upgraded.
Ian Paice sound fat as phuck! Ritchie isnt just sounding loud and edgy as usual, his strat is really thunderous. Jon s delivering the fire all the way. Roger s hitting every precise note that was needed, he s doing it all. Gillan s doing really wonderful on here, as if his born again tour, had never happened. When Gillan had a good night, with this band, with this set list... Even he missed he couldnt have missed. This upload is sorcery. Thank u so much, My man! This is the best hard rock band, doing their thing. No need for perfection, just nasty phucking rock and loud yall.
