I love the knives. Full stop 🙌 I've also noticed many more pirates out there wild n out on each other. NAE went from dead as a door nail to buck wild pirates everywhere you go. I love it!
While there isn't any new conent, these new tools are great because it should give us time to get used to them for next season. I think season 13 is gonna be the best season ever. Combining these tools with the wealth of new content next season is going to be so good. This is the way it should have been done. I do wish we had the personal grappling hook now though as hopefully defeating Flame Heart isn't easy, and that might help.
I agree!! I can't wait for next season and I'm going to thoroughly enjoy spending this season playing with and hopefully getting good with the new tools and weapons!
S13 will be unplayable, rare is notorious for breaking there game further then it already was with every update. Micro updates make it practically unplayable so not sure why anyone expects s13 with all the planned world changes ect to even be playable , just speaking based on what I've watched and we've all dealt with for 6 yrs minus the new ps user
The fact that we're getting another performance and game health patch soon is wonderful, the few friends I had who were struggling with the games instability are FINALLY able to play again, albeit the game still does fight them but it wont lock them out of things like using the portals or diving now thank goodness. Still causes them some crashes but gives them enough time to return to the game and continue playing. Hoping they keep rolling these health patches out consistently
I have a question about the Gilded Voyages. Is getting 4 one-time Gilded Voyages quests a golden hodder, soul, merchant, Athena? So new users who can't unlock Athena can't sail Gilded Voyages? In the case of Ancient Isles, is it randomly selected or fixed? I wonder what other rewards I can get besides tattoo rewards.
Same! I was sort of hoping some of the new skeleton outposts for flameheart would have started this season to make it feel like the world is changing. Hopefully mid season some stuff will start to develop!
I love the knives, but the double barrel feels awkward to use and generally not as good as the standard flintlock. I still don't think it's right to talk about weapon balance while the one-blunder spawn camp meta exists. There's only one weapon in the game that can one shot someone, and it happens to work best in close quarters, such as on a ship, where movement is limited. In other words, in 90% of situations, the blunderbuss is THE weapon to use. But no one sees a problem with it. I'd be happy with it firing 1 less pellet. That makes 9 pellets, 10% damage each. Still extremely powerful, but now there's counterplay.
I found the double barrel to be really clunky too. Tried it twice and was just getting used to it the second time when it bugged out with the issues reloading haha
Im really happy to see new weapons, but i wish they would have added more skins. I imagine they will but its really disappointing that there are only 3 per weapon at launch and are,in my opinion, really bland
I like the emporium lodestar knives but yeah otherwise they're all pretty meh. A new weapon set for the season that doesn't include the new ones is also a bit odd.
All I care about is performance fixes. It's been months since I could properly buy supplies and trinkets at shops. I cant even get promotions. With season 12 it got even worse and lag is a nightmare.
@@EllieBoopGaming Yeah which is kinda the unfortunate part. On sot videos with lots of views or when I mention it in the discord others say they are having the same issue. Therefore if only a few players cant play its not really a priority

I'm not sure if they'll be available in safer seas. It's unlikely but possible. The way they're doing these this year is brand new so I'm not sure how it'll all work tbh. It'll be one per faction (gold hoarder, order of souls, merchant and then Athena for pirate legends). I'm not sure how the limited time or safer seas side of things will go yet.

Same! Knives are great! I played this morning, a usually quiet time, and it was non stop action! Love it!

Wdym skeletons shouldnt find tuckers? Skeletons are basically the best temporary defense for solo players
I'm just going by what Rare said. That isn't supposed to be how the Bone Caller functions.

I have a feeling, no. Especially since season 14 is all about stealth. It will probably get even MORE silent.

playing with the new weapons are super fun! so happy about the upcoming events, i hope they have events frequently to keep things interesting!
I remember them saying a while back about being able to do more events and more interesting events with the quest table system so fingers crossed!

When are they bringing in flame heart ship world event ? Wasn't it supposed to be in season 12 ?

Oh really?? What platform are you on? I've not heard of any issues with crashes since April 25th patch fixed the Xbox issues.
