But for 60$ I must say that the amount was rather lacking from what I was able to see.
Catch it yourself and can get 6 full sized ones for less then 10$ and can do that at least 3 times a week here.

well, depend on where you buy it. Price vary from between 1.50 to 3 bucks and they don't get cheap on meat and other topping either.

Mikey is my type of dude! Boulder is definitely a place to go for hipster food but the Federal Blvd area in Denver is one of the best places in the US for authentic Vietnamese food XD

Next time you are in Denver, I highly recommend Domo Restaurant for country style japanese food! When you go back to New Saigon, get their goi dac biet (pork, octopus, jellyfish, and shrimp salad).

I live in Denver. I make the best seafood chowder, you don’t need hot sauce, I use jalapeños in mine! It gives it so much flavor and spices it up!
Denver has some of the best Pho ive ate, i grew up on south Federal blvd where there is a abundance of great Pho restaurants

Denver native here! if you ever come back to colorado, one of the best Vietnamese restaurants here is PHO LE on parker rd. right by yale, they have THE BEST pho soup. Literally almost every weekend my family orders soup from there. I don't know what it is, but their broth is SOOOOOO good.

That summer roll with the crunchy bit inside, I believe that is actually cured and fermented pork! It's called "nem" and is different from grilled pork.
OH man, those bowls of noodles with pork and spring rolls are the best!

8:30 I've been eating at Pho Duy since the mid 90's before eating Pho was trendy. To this day it is still the best Pho I've ever had.
I like my pho with chili pepper garlic oil paste and lime squeeze and a few jalepeno slices with alot of meat.
Spicy and sour beefy broth. So fun to drink it after you're done.
I pass by that szechuan place all the time!!!! So happy to see you do a video in there

I'm not in Denver, but I live about an hour away in Greeley. And there is a Pho Duy just down the street from my apartment. One of my favorite places to eat on a wintery Colorado day.

2 vids in one day. We are truly blessed! Boulder is definitely not the place to go for food. The hardest parts about leaving Denver, were leaving the mountains behind and leaving the Pho behind. Mike please give us a membership on strictly dumpling so we can support your channel. Please!

Next time you’re in Denver you should try Top Pho on Colfax. I’ve been to other pho places and this is by far my favorite.

Pho Duy is one of my favorite! I'm born and raised and still live in Denver, right down the street from Pho Duy near Federal Blvd actually. Next time you're here, check out Pho 95, that's my #1 favorite!

Boulder, Pearl Street , near the end of the walking street, on the right. Classic Italian. Fill you up. Extra rich, creamy, cheesy. Look for the red and white checked tablecloths.
