    2:05 this bolt gave me lots of trouble. Snapped it off then had to beat on it for hours to get it out.

      @@davidfigueroa3014just return your springs and get ready made struts with springs already installed. i just did mine and they're great. They were cheap too. Only 150 dollars each

    Thank you , but Loosening the upper three nuts on the top was not an idea, that lead to scratch the paint arround the nuts at the end, the rest is ok

    Do you have to replace the strut mount with new shocks?

    • @autodocuk
      @autodocuk  11 месяцев назад

      We recommend you consult with your mechanic regarding it. It is not always necessary to change the strut mount along with the shock absorbers and they should be diagnosed before replacing.

    How do you expect rust on shock mount lock nut where there is a lot of grease

    • @autodocuk
      @autodocuk  2 года назад +1

      Rust under lubrication is quite possible. We recommend treating these areas for reinsurance.

    Wd40 on the brake disc is very dangerous

    • @autodocuk
      @autodocuk  2 года назад +1

      Quite right. A special cleaner was used for the brake discs, not WD-40 grease.
