Ok this second stage, it helped me to release things I didn't know I had. I moved the most in this stage room to room. I removed my blindfold at this stage and that felt right, I kept my eyes closed as much as possible. I remember witnessing, a few times. I felt free. There was a lot of yelling and pillow beating and bed beating in this stage, lots of kicking like a child, a feeling of nausea, moaning, crying, and confusion. I felt worn out when I was done, but strangely I felt good like I got rid of some things. The workout in part 2 made part 3 super hard.
I m witnessing the extreme sufferings of some of my past negative events and people i associated with during second stage, and fifth stage is showing me the presence n sights of positive forces.
For the first time I am looking at what is called Osho Dynamic meditation and I noticed (and I am almost sure) that Dynamic meditation is something between Fakir meditation and Sufi meditation and what is called the Sacred Dance by Gurdjieff .in another way to say (it is a road that begins with the Fakir and passes to the Sufi and is closed with the Sacred Dance of Gurdjieff)
Sorry Sir , as a beginner I have no idea of what watching the emotional expression mean in the second stage . That is ruled out. May be after I learn to watch in the 3rd or 4th stage then the next time I can try watching during the 2nd stage . Watching emotions according to Osho is the final effortless effort from our side after watching body movements , breath and then thoughts ,then comes watching the emotions after which there is nothing more left for us to do. The present 2nd stage as explained by Osho is perfectly fine for beginners who are yet to learn what is watching.
He is expressing his biased views like everyone else, find you own way, just be aware of the mind and watch as much as you can without judgment on thoughts. That's what I think and my bias is 😊

My short comment: I think each individual is different. About the yogurt thing: try dynamic meditation one time with totality, and you will not give a shit if someone spills yogurt on you an hour later.
Does anyone have any suggestions with losing the voice? I feel like that last jump into the meditation sometimes lies when I'm shouting really loud but every time I do so my voice is messed up for at least 2-3 days and it will compile if I do the meditation again the next day.

How do manage the jumping stage when physical injury doesn't allow you to jump. I've tried jumps for a few seconds and find the difference in actual jumping and my jumping alternative. Can I get the full sensation without jumping

Do it but make sure to listen to your body signs of "hey you need to rest". Maybe begin with less of it (like just the first two stages and then increase slowly)
Pregnant women should avoid dynamic meditation. It could cause uterus contractions or other issues just like some other (usually healthy) activities like the fire breath technique or cold showers... Cheers!
Dear Vandana, If your meditation space prevents you from making noise, you can do this silent alternative: rather than throwing out the sounds, let the catharsis in the second stage take place entirely through bodily movements. In the third stage, the sound Hoo! can be hammered silently inside, and the fifth stage can become an expressive dance. While learning this meditation don’t force your self meditating because “This too shall pass”.
These are making me look at myself in a new way, seeing all the dumb stuff I do daily for the dumb stuff it is.
100 percent is very good thing but it is difficult to maintain.

You can use a denser cloth or blanket to cover yourself and than you can sream, your voice will not reach outside the blanket. I have done it
