I've watched Netflix documentary about osho! I've read a lot books since I was 23, and this video is so valuable... Thanks Dr. Andrews... thanks Osho!! Now I meditate all mornings and this has been the best habit I've created.
Magnificent; it was always my favourite med. And to do it in the late in the afternoon with hundreds of people in the tentlike meditation hall amid a luscious Indian garden was a glorious experience. Glorious is the wrong word. Never felt so alive and so at home, yet so quiet. Truly revolutionary it is, and as the explanation states, how come in this so often miserable world with it's mediocre politics and politicians all around not more people want to do such a life changing meditation, I never understood..

Hello Valerio Hesha, Are you getting similarly nauseous in any other situation, for example, dancing or moving your body energetically at other times? If so, I think it would best to consult medical advice. if it is only happening while doing the OSHO Kundalini Meditation -- I assume you are pretty new to this -- I would suggest you carry on for a few more days, it will probably take care of itself. As you raising the issue of repressed emotions, it would be interesting to know why? If you suspects that may be the case, then why not try doing OSHO Dynamic Meditation? That is specifically designed to help to learn how to release, and then watch and dissolve repressed emotions. Lots of love Osho International Team
