    I can't believe how much that dude knew. People absorb so little to compare what he gave to humanity. Takes courage to apply Osho s teaching. Cant stop loving him.

      Absolutely ..... When Master goes a lot goes with him.. However, Osho had made lot of arrangements with Audio, video, books.. for the same reason. The Present internet generation is so lucky getting all of it mostly free, but since its digital information age lot of other infotainment also flooding into masses. Filtering n focusing is the challenge now.

    Nadbrahm meditation is one of the finest and that too practised by Osho. Thanks to the master.

    Thanks for showing this Osho meditation. It felt amazing. My humming changed from a rough, deep om sound, to a clearer bagpipe sound. It was like it was happening by itself. Doing this humming feels like tension being expressed and released. So good. I hope to do this once a week for the rest of my life.

      Dear @@ribakism The OSHO Active meditations are designed in a scientific way and each technique has definite guidelines *from Osho* about the *time, duration and music* to be used. *Osho says* , " _These techniques are based on a very deep knowledge, on a very deep encounter with the human mind_ ." " _Each technique is based on long experimentation. So remember this: don’t do anything on your own, and don’t mix two techniques_ ..." " *_use the technique as it is given. Don’t change it, don’t improve it_*_ -because you cannot improve it, and any change you bring to it will be fatal. And before you start doing a technique, be fully alert that you have understood it. If you feel confused and you don’t really know what the technique is, it is better not to do it, because each technique is for bringing about a revolution in you_ ."

    Is it good if I go from first stage to last stage directly, some times body movements destruct meditation

    • @OSHOInternational
      @OSHOInternational  6 месяцев назад +1

      @ritesh19802 Dear Ritesh, Thanks for your comment. The meditation is to be done with its specific OSHO Nadabrahma Meditation music, which indicates and energetically supports the different stages. Osho says, _"These techniques are based on a very deep knowledge, on a very deep encounter with the human mind. Each technique is based on long experimentation. So remember this: don’t do anything on your own, and don’t mix two techniques, because their functioning is different, their ways are different, their bases are different. They lead to the same end, but as means they are totally different. Sometimes they may even be diametrically opposite. So don’t mix two techniques. Really, don’t mix anything; _*_use the technique as it is given. Don’t change it, don’t improve it-_*_ because you cannot improve it, and any change you bring to it will be fatal. And before you start doing a technique, be fully alert that you have understood it. If you feel confused and you don’t really know what the technique is, it is better not to do it, because each technique is for bringing about a revolution in you."_

      Did you try it? I don't think anyone can ever make any promise about any particular type of meditation. Certain types may fit your "system" better of worse, and you can come back around to one that my have had no juice before but does after experience has changed your system.
