The buffet style is the best way to eat in China IMO... The best prices and always nice to see what you are selecting. A full meal for 20 kuai or less The eggplant in China is fantastic - I always choose it as well

I love Chinese foods probably they make the best tasting foods in all of Asia. But its just my opinion though. I don't like Japanese or korean foods.
Chinese food have many dishes and styles of cooking depending on region. Korean and japanese dish is more or less universal for the whole country.
