Hi. Looks extremely tempting. I've taken this many times at a Fuzhou restaurant and after seeing your video I'd certainly this out. One problem is your recommended Calamansi juice. What are the substitutes as I don't know whether I can find this in my area. Great video.

Oh. I just googled calamansi. ..it's the normal lime that we see in abundance during CNY. I think I can find that.
