I’m not an LSU fan but when Joe Burrow says “I don’t know about all that it’s only week 9 we still got 3 more games to play” that shows so much. It shows great character it shows how he’s looking forward as a leader and knowing that there are bigger games. It shows great coaching and great leadership.
I’m an Alabama fan, but I have a ton of respect for Joe Burrow. I can’t imagine having this much talent, but not being able to show it off for so long. He’s a helluva qb and a person.

Its crazy hearing the names of all the players and seeing how well they are doing in the NFL. One of the greatest games I've seen.
I was attending the Georgia game when this was ending. During the first TV timeout, they showed Joe Burrow taking the final knee, and the crowd went crazy! Some of the biggest goosebumps I’ve ever had in my life.

That's because after they beat Bama at Bama with all that talent Bama had, he knew they weren't going to lose again for the rest of the season.
Bama was the hurdle. LSU couldn’t officially say they were “for real” til the leaped that’s hurdle. The amount of pressure to beat bama was huuuuge. And LSU just kept getting better as the year progressed. I don’t think anybody on LSU doubted they could be Clemson.

With Louisiana being the #1state per capita in NFL talent (place of birth) over the last 11 consecutive years, and with LSU now running a modern offensive scheme, it's not crazy to think that 2019 was just the beginning of the very successful run that LSU is about to go on.

Jive Ass Turkey because Alabama beat LSU for 8 consecutive years and even when LSU was ranked higher than Alabama people picked Alabama because only two teams have beaten Alabama in Tuscaloosa since 2010 I believe at that point. The team on the road is almost always the underdog.

Bama Fan here: For the first time in a LONG TIME I went into a game really feeling like we weren't going to win......like, an overwhelming feeling. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but Saban didn't seem too confident when he was doing the pre-game interview. Coach O knew he had the tools to win and was very confident. His QB and WRs were a complete mismatch for our secondary, and Edwards-Helaire made our LBs look silly. And of course with Tua hobbled, we really were in a bad spot.
I’m an LSU fan but I noticed the same thing in the interview in real time. He definitely wasn’t as confident as in past LSU matchups. But I think his biggest fear came true. If LSU ever ran an actual offense with all that talent they would be dangerous. And they did, and they were lol.

LSU shot themselves in the foot several times as well, you could ask that question on both sides. The punt return, Stingley not ready on TD throw, Delay of game on 4th down pickup. Helaire seemingly having the first down that was called short, the turnover to start the second half, man coverage with no safety help with little over 1 minute to go up 13 points. One could argue LSU could have won by a lot more. Admittedly, Bama usually doesn't have this many mistakes in a game.
