Great flight review of Bangkok Airways ATR!

I flew from Bangkok to Siem Reap, Cambodia, on an ATR Turboprop. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and the provision of hot meals even on such a short one-hour flight. The ground crew went above and beyond, assisting me in booking, confirming, and printing my boarding pass for my connecting flight to Taipei on a different airline. Their service exceeded what most US carriers typically provide.

20:39 the dash 8 doesn't have running water?!
I flew Luxair's Dash 8 from London City Airport to Luxembourg there and back on the Dash 8.
I just thought it was poor maintenance on the airline's behalf?

Not maintenance, optional feature. Jazz doesn't have them on their Q400's but instead just has hand sanitizer. Additional tank on short routes, more weight, more fuel burn.
