    I am normally a shallow breather, but I found it so easy to breathe deeply with my feet raised following this routine and experienced the benefits of relaxation and increased circulation and energy almost immediately. Thank you.

    Is there any practice that may help ease the stress of feeling lonely?

      That's a good question. Breathing and meditation to focus inward are always good. Interestingly, the practice of meditation can sometimes increase feelings of loneliness, as we stop the distraction of thoughts and outside stimulation. But, by facing this and breathing with courage, we can create a stronger connection with ourselves in spite of this feeling, and appreciate the relationships and interactions we have, despite also being aware of loneliness (which is natural).
