They tend to release the firmewear in Oct-Nov yearly. Should happen soon. Since i am NONE gammer. Its a feature of waist. The PICTURES are INsane. It operates as computer now, for steaming music everything even weather. Lol. I dont even use my laptop or Sonos any more lol.
I'm trying to use the u8h with my 4090 and it seems very bad at 4k 120. It has very bad ghosting its almost like there's intense motion blur. It shows its running 4k 120 and I'm getting 4k 130+ on the games I'm testing. I have tried vrr on and off also hdr on and off. when you use it with a console its not running 4k 120. The games down scale / up scale to what ever resolution the console can handle but there is no games on console that actually run 4k 120 its all dynamic resolution and up scale technology. Don't buy this tv if your going to use it for pc gaming.
Just to clear things up for you, Yes there are some games on PS5 (and probably XSX) that DO run native 4K/120 but some (maybe most) do render internally at a lower rez and upscale to 4K. This is transparent to the display seeing that though so to the display this is a moot point as it IS receiving a 4K/120 image.

WAIT...PS5 test shows that the TV is not supporting 4k 120hz ? Oo , only 1440 p 120hz ? It's not real HDMI 2.1 :(
Dude it’s ONLY some time soon Hisense will release firmware update. I have had their last 2 flagship panels, both of them had no issues. If u watch Netflix, TV, sports, steaming , RUclips all 120. The HDMI issue will only have slight if u play video games. Dude if u are ONLY living thru GAME then yeah get diff one. Last year I bought Hisense U8G in Nov i think within a week or 10 days they released the firmware update. The year before they released their Firmwear in Oct.
Has there been any fix lmk please
@@Danieltsandoval2005 It support 120hz 4k, you need to switch in on from HDMI setting of the TV.
Has anyone been able to get freesync with ps5 working? My screen blacks out every 2 minutes.
Are you able to run 120hz with 4k without experiencing the blacking out? I can’t get mine to work in enhanced mode without it going black.
What color bit depth are you sending? Bet it works if you turn it down to 8 bit.
@@mark6384 Not sure. what ever the default is. I'll try that
@@bartcunningham5640 You sound like the tv company. "well it technically works, it does display the image". Lmfao Its not playable with all that ghosting. Maybe I just got a bad panel idk.
