If you see this Sam, just know that the head's in the shop are alternate costumes for characters. You can activated them by clicking on the thing behind the character it's for. What you bought is for Phantom Bew, one of Toad's character cast.

Plushnic & Plushtails are so incredibly cryptic I had to look up what to do for them and I have no regret.
You have to wait until they are close to you in the hallway (when they make the squeaky noise), play audio in a random room and flashlight the light at them.
Who the hell is supposed to figure that out
I get that this was a year ago, but you need to wait for an audio cue they make and hold the light on them. There’s an info box for them in Balloon Toad’s roster.

@Ice it's in the game, you can do it normally
Not quite correct. You can't stop him in Maniac Mania mode. But in Lab Mode, because the Balloon Toad characters are separate from Balloon Toad, he has a completely different mechanic in Lab Mode. He will pop up, and you need to punch him a good few times to make him leave. If you don't, then you will face his wrath. He cannot be stopped in Maniac Mania mode.

Tip: If you see Salvage Sonic walking to your office via the windows, you can drive him away using the audio in the hallway camera he came from. So if you see him in your left window, use the audio in your left hall cam

Nightmaric:He is the same thing as Tails,but invisible at hallway cameras
Plushnic and PlushTails : They will be in the hallway,if they make a squish sound and they to close,just flash them until they go back and sit in the chair
Tails Doll: He will appear at a side side of the office,just keep looking at him to make him go away
Clone Mighty:He he the same as sonic,so if Sonic is at a door,Clone Mighty will be at the oposite door
Phantom Salvage Sonic:He will be at the hallway cameras,if he is there,just dont look at him for too long
Phantom Bew : He will appear at the posters on the cameras,dont look him for too long or he will kill you
Toy Tails:Just put the mask on to make he go away

Dr. Golden- he will be at both of your doors, but one is a fake. The difference is the ruby glows or not.

Plushies: hold your light on the hall when you hear them squeak
Toy Tails: same as other mask "animatronics"
Phantom Salvage Sonic: he will appear in one of the hallway cams, switch to any cam except the other hall cam
Phantom Bew: a poster in any cam will randomly be replaced with one of him, switch away from that cam quickly, he's the only phantom that can kill
Phantom Ian is also a phantom that can kill ._.
I think Mighty has one slight difference. If I remember correctly, Mighty stays a tiny bit longer at your doors (but I could be wrong).
