The AQ4020-54Y is a bit smaller (37.5mm versus 38.3mm in diameter) and wasn't a limited run (whereas the AQ4100-65W had a fixed unit count produced). Otherwise, I think just the dial differences you noted.
I think so though maybe in very bright light it could take a moment to discern the hands from the white dial. But so far for me in all lighting conditions it has been fine as the shine of the hands is distinct from the color of the dial. That said there is no lume so I cannot read it in the dark.

What is the difference between this one, the citizen compared to the chronomaster (4020 54y) except the dial?
