- The High Court today found Joseph Irungu, alias Jowie guilty of the murder of 29 year old businesswoman Monica Kimani. The judge in convicting Jowie, stated that the prosecution had produced circumstantial evidence that Jowie committed the crime in 2018. Jowie is set to be sentenced next month

A lot of questions arise from this judgement. Never seen an accused person in makeup before a trial and the cerebratory way she leaves court with Itumbi says alot. We also forgot the this judge meantions that the false statements the accomplise produced is for the prosecutor to argue. So far we have seen the state using prosecution to have accused taxpayers looters free...So we know ...Where man fails, God offers his judgement and God's judgment is not one can wish away, it can be worse for the spilt blood knows who was involved.
Judge said prosecution preferred wrong charges (murder) ingekuwa false statements etc angepatikana. I guess in law unaeza sema colour black is also grey and white depends what you prove and how you argue 🤷🏿♂️
