Have listened to the better part of this judgment and this Judge really pays attention to details,its a judgment that even a layman could follow and understand,was like more of a discussion....even if I have no knowledge in law I must say bravo to her for delivering a well reasoned judgment and justice to the family of the late Monica Kimani
Mrs Nzioka, bravo madam. Indeed it was fair judgement, though painful to the family,but at least they will feel better and relieved, that the killer of their daughter is behind bars… God give us more lawyers like her. The judgement was detailed and no doubt, even the killer is okay with the judgement…. God bless you Madam judge.

Most people are easy to blame the court for unfair justice without looking at the merit of the case presented by Prosecutor to convince the seating judge that the accused is beyond all reasonable doubt committed the crime and is as guilty as charged. We are always carried away by the media narratives, social media allegations and persecution without analysing some factors. 1. Did the prosecution been able to put the accused in the scene of crime at the time the victim attacked? Did the investigative team collected all the sample at the crime scene without any contamination and later compared with the sample collected from the suspect? Are the witnesses been able to repeat over and over without any contradiction same testimony that matches their earlier statement? For someone to be sentence in prison for capital offense, the prosecution must prove beyond all reasonable doubt that the accused is guilty as charged or any doubt. Any doubt may be treated as miscarriage of Justice, and the accused may walk free.
We are all celebrating that Jowie is guilty but something is not adding up.,,,one day the truth will come to life.,, Soo many assumptions l guess ndo maana l ain't a judge 😂
