My team Uses Notion for all our documentation its like confluence, but our stakeholders have been more receptive to notion than confluence.
That's pretty cool to hear that your team uses Notion. How do you like using Notion for documentation with your team on your projects?
@@alvinthepmofficial I like using it, I find linking pages are more intuitive and being able to create specific documentions and Kanban Boards easier and more customizable.
This week I had to create a feature list from like 6 documents a high influence, high decision making stakeholder sent over. He thought we did not have a good understanding of what he wanted our platform to look like in the future, So in Notion I created Epics and user stories for each 'feature' that could be in the platform and I was able to create specific fields for if the feature was verified by a particular user.
I was able to present this data in a cleaner and more digestable way for our stakeholder that they where more respetictve to.
At the end of the day its all about getting the information in someones hands that they can understand.
I might be able to make a great confluence board with all our links attached, but if that information isn't getting through to the team, then it is pointless.
I came onto this Project with Notion being the main source of documentation, and I've come to love it.
This is my first real Project in the tech space, so I'm sure as I learn more and grow Confluence will become a tool I can leverage, but right now its just me and Notion.

How does confluence compare (or integrate) with Jira?
Confluence integrates directly with Jira, so if you have your projects in Jira, you can reference your Jira projects directly in your Confluence pages.

Does it have the capability to have a hopper for upcoming projects?
In Confluence, you can create a separate page listing different projects in a table (and even tie it to projects from Jira) and, sort & filter it based upon different criteria (such as Priority, Impact, and anything else your organization uses for ranking).
