2 bt sereh (2 stalks of lemongrass)
3 lbr daun jeruk (3 keffir lime leaves)
1/2 bh bawang bombai (half an onion)
2 sdm minyak (2 tbsp of oil)
100 gr teri medan (4 oz of tiny anchovies)

25 bh rawit merah (25 pods of Thai chili)
5 siung bawang merah (5 bulbs of shallot)
1 siung bawang putih (a clove of garlic)
1 bh tomat (a tomato)
1/2 sdt garam (1/2 tsp of salt)
1/4 sdt MSG (1/4 tsp of MSG)
1 ikat daun kemangi (a handful of lime basil)
