@@kenshy10 I have that with the wood elves, even if it's takes a long ass time. I still do it cuz I despise them.
I did a coop campaign where I was grimgor and my buddy (who is relatively new) was grom. The power of grimgor after the patch made it super easy to take all the badlands, and the entire mountain range, along with the majority of the eastern elf/skaven held lands. The entire time I had so much money that I would send him 10k+ per turn so that he could support 3 armies at once and fuck around in Ulthuan. I called it "grimgors state sponsored terrorism". good time

After this update, I was playing empire. I was shocked when ALL the dwarves were dad except the ones near skarsnik. I looked at the map, i was no longer strength rating 1, but 2. Grimgor was 1 now. he owned all of the badlands and all the mountains. Then he came for me. That conflict made the 'legendary' campaign feel legendary. Mind you, I lost, but it felt good to lose to orks for once

You know, I’m fairly new to warhammer, and only started playing total war warhammer last week, so I wasn’t quite expecting Grimgor to be so... brutally eloquent in his diplomacy dialogue.
His quest battle speeches are hilarious

he should have gotten doom divers upgraded. with the new tech (On Second Thoughts) they get +50% ammunition and with Winged Ammo scrap upgrade they get +50% range. Goblobbers are trash for cheapsters compared to that.

Its funny, in my current Empire campaign (legendary) Grimgor has wiped out every dwarf faction except the ones in Bretonnia, conquered all the badlands, border princes and worlds edge mountains, and confederated with every major greenskin lord. I declared war on grimgor on turn 80, thinking it would be a quick war. Things are going real bad real fast

It's quite astounding how hard it is to actually get Ghaz Maral for Karl Franz because by the time you can expand into the Badlands, most of the Orks are dead anyway.
Pro tip: the Bretonnians basically never drive the Skullsmashaz out of the Massif Orcal, and I've never seen the other Elector-Counts manage to drive the Leaf Cuttaz out of the Misty Hill either. Both of 'em work for the mission!

The remasters not terrible, people just expected full high quality animated cinematics, and new content. There's still updated models and cutscenes for reasons to purchase.

@@jamieenoshima5147 the remaster is terrible because it crashes 24/7 ... and because the animations tend to bug sometimes and then make micro impossible. also fucking units being not clickable behind buildings..
idk about you but waiting 40 minutes to fill a lobby just for the 3 guys using the remastered version to crash after 10 minutes is kinda sad to me.
The best moment I had with the changes was just sending Grimgor alone with his army to Ulthuan with all skillpoints in his combat. Having unbreakable, quest items and going poundtown with just him there was insanly fun. Kinda more fun then fighting badlands for forever.

We need the Ikkit Claw expierience with all the diffrent weapon teams from firerats to laserguns over to rattlingcannons jezails and even my new favourite the Mortars which delete blobs of enemies.
I love it when games show what Orks really are in the lore: a pretty much unstoppable tide of green.

I still remember the days me as dwarf high king crawling in world edge mountain tunnels and unable to get into plains. It was painful experience which these dwarfs are also suffering. Great video. It make me want to try Greenskins. Keep up the good work.

**Seriously, I have no idea what CA was thinking, but if you pick anyone _except_ Grom, his starting location gets moved to Ulthuan and he gets wiped within 10 turns. I'm lucky if I can even _see_ his faction before it gets killed, and that's if I send my starting shaman sprinting off towards him from turn 1.
