People can talk shit about Bruno all they want and he may not have had the success of a Lewis or Holyfield etc. But the way the crowd explodes at the decision at 1:14:09 still blows me away to this day. Its the loudest reaction I've ever heard to a boxing match. You can't hear a word Jimmy Lennon Jr says after "new" it's so loud.
Makes me tear up to this day knowing how loved Bruno was.

He's not a hall of famer, but he beat a very durable (albeit erratic) Oliver McCall who knocked out Lennox Lewis and won a legit title. You don't win a world title by being "not very good." I rarely comment on social media because it's full of unhappy, unfulfilled, insecure people who feel the need to displace their anger and rain on someone's parade.

Puzzling thing is that the rematch with Tyson was more lucrative for Frank than an all British Heavyweight World Championship fight rematch against Lewis?
But when you think that Lewis's defence against McCall was at Wembley Arena, not the Stadium, just a year before, it makes sense.

So many times so near yet so far. his problem was always gassing and if he got caught with a big shot, he would become a tree and the next punch would floor him.
