Stewart showed the heart he didnt have against Tyson

He probably sensed that Moorer really didn't like boxing, unless he could beat people easily.

underrated for sure. one of many good players in a very strong era. if he was around to today he'd be right at the top

George prophetic when he said a 1rd KO loss doesn't preclude a man from becoming heavyweight champ. Made me think of John Ruiz vs. Tua.

Crazy how skinny Moorer looks here, at heavyweight. Was emaciated at LHW.

This could use a proper thumbnail instead of appearing to be Ray Mercer's story

Manny Stewart knew _exactly_ what he was doing matching Moorer up with a heavyweight slugger who threw big shots, but didn't take a good punch, and was easy to find. Moorer had a better chance than if Stewart was more of a Boxer/Puncher, or (god forbid) an out-boxer.

@@Da_Publick I'm a grammar and punctuation freak too. I'm just not consistent with it on YT comments because it takes too much effort. My keyboard is small, hence mistakes are made and fixing them consumes too much time. The Steward thing is just something I see so often on boxing discussions, along with "Eddie HearnS" that I go mad. LOL. Steward is an absolute legend.

They showed them straight Goons of the 90s before the fight ❤

Foreman noticed that Moorer does not hold move or feint when hit solid he just stands there and fights back.Foreman swore once he stunned Moorer he would end it with a right to the chin Jim Lampley signed a sworn confession. Foreman held back waiting for his moment. Like Foreman said if I hurt Moorer and don't finish him he will stay away all night .Atlas wrote in his book Foreman s will was too strong.

It's interesting to hear Foreman commentate on this fight. I can see why he wanted to fight Moorer down the line.

Damn! This is one of the first programs where they included a vignette about then brand new accusations of R*pe against Tyson, and the effects it would have moving forward. Crazy i remember this although i was a child.
