Hi I believe she used semolina flour for her biscuits, the one in kesari rava is coarse semolina, and yes suji and semolina is the same. I wanted to make kesari but bought the flour instead so need to make biscuits 😅
I made half the batch, replaced butter with ghee, used 67g icing sugar but it was quite sticky and difficult for me to roll individual pieces. Baked 180deg at 15mins and it burnt the bottom of my cookies 😅 it ended up too crispy, doesnt have any melt in mouth or sandy texture... and it is way toooo sweet. Not sure what went wrong

I made this biscuit. It was so good. I could not stop eating it. So buttery. Love it. It disappeared very quickly. Going to make it again.
I tried this and it was wonderful. I practically ate all of them. Even the dog wanted the biscuits too.

U can use clarified butter ( ghee)
