vaashton Hello! I came across this video because i was interested in joining a Nike volleyball camp during the summer. I really love volleyball, but idk if i would make the jv team as a freshman. I'm starting hs next year. Do you think 1 camp that lasts for 10 days and me practicing at home enough to make the jv team? Also, the high school i will be going to has 16 girls on the jv team. Is this a lot for a jv team or were there many cuts? Thank you!!! (ik it's long 😊)
Volleyball camps are awesome! They help me and other people I know so much. If you work hard at home and at camp and have a good attitude I think you could totally make it! Volleyball is such a fun sport but requires a lot of practice and if you really like volleyball I think you should be fine! Hope this helped(:

A drill my coach always makes my team do is called bump set head. First you bump it to yourself then set yourself and let the set land right on your forehead and then repeat
Chelsie Here I’ve done volleyball once in 6th grade but then I never did it but now I’m 9th I wanna give it another try since I want to do a sport again and volleyball sounds the funnest for me
I used a soccer and basketball but my dad got me a cheep amazons Chinese ball so I've been practicing with that because it's better then the soccer and basketball

Yo if y'all live near Scarborough theres a really good club called synergy!! It is a little pricy but totally worth it!

U could practice outside
If your apartment as any outside or grass ask the owners if it’s okay or if there’s a basketball court nearby.
