I hope this review helps you decide if the S220 is right for you! Let me know if you have any questions I didn't address!
Can I use two cameras on the app or do I have to have the homebase 2-3?
New to these systems. Looking at getting 2-3 of the S220's. With possibly adding the Base down the line. What's your thoughts?
Sorry for the delayed reply! That would definitely work! My preference is wired if you can, but if you can’t, what you described is a great option. I think you get enough added benefit from the base to make that a good addition.
Homebase isn't good. Whenever the internet is out, recording as well as alerting is out as well which scks. I raised a ticket to eufy and it is expected. If I were a thief, I will probably cut the internet connection first.
Can this S220 cam used in combination with a Homebase2 Eufy system?. Does it then use the same Eufy app?
No, I don’t believe it’s compatible. Most of the Eufy devices I’ve looked at are compatible with one or the other, but not both.
Where can you review the videos? My events just show "switch to home" and "disarmed."
I wonder why they don't put a small cover over the camera lens so rain doesn't get in the way
That would be nice! The only reason I could think they might is it could be logistically difficult to affix without interfering with the solar panel? Maybe if it was part of the mold of the case?
