I don't know if you'll see this, but I want you to know that watching you cook and eat foods from all over the world has inspired my mom, a Midwestern American lady in her late 60's, to try cooking and eating new foods! Historically she's not much of a cook, but I took her to the grocery store this morning and she told me she's trying to make pajeon today! She can't handle spice/heat at all, but she's so excited to make her own Korean food anyway. Keep your fingers crossed for her! It's a rainy day today, so it's perfect jeon weather.

가비 언니! 따끈따끈한 2쇄를 오늘 받아본 구독자입니다. 저는 17년부터 본격적으로 가비 언니 유튜브 채널을 구독하고 나름(?) 부지런하게 챙겨 보았어요. 그때만 하더라도 유튜브에 관심이 없던 저라, 제가 처음으로 좋아한 유튜버 채널이 가비언니였어요. 저는 런던에서 교환학생 생활을 했는데, 그때 처음으로 독립해본 거라 가비언니 레시피로 휘뚜루마뚜루~ 요리를 처음으로 시작했어요. 요리에 '요'자도 모르는 사람이었는데, 언니 레시피가 어찌나 쉽고 맛있던지! 덕분에 늘 맛있는 요리도 해먹으며 영국에서 친구들도 정말 많이 사귀었어요. 또한 저 역시 남자친구와 오랜 롱디를 했었는데, 조쉬와 언니의 연애 스토리를 읽으며 눈물이 날 뻔했어요. 처음부터 '운명'처럼 보이는 두 사람이 이런 연애 스토리(?)가 있었다니?! 싶었고 너무 재밌었어요.
원래 첫 경험은 강한지라, 제게 유튜버! 하면 가비 언니고 요리 레시피!해도 가비 언니에요. 직접 만나 뵌적도 어쩌면 만나 뵐 기회도 없겠지만, 늘 감사하고 언니의 축복과 평온을 늘 빌어요. 꾸준히 업로드 해주시고 늘 마음속 이야기를 들려주시는 모습 소중하게 듣고 있어요. 게으른 구독자라 댓글은 거의 남겨본 적이 없지만, 책을 받아보고 감격을 받아 러브레터를 보냅니다. 저처럼 언니 덕에 요리도 좋아하게 된 이도 많을 거예요! 언니 고마워용!!!사랑해용!!

I love how every chef tells home cooks that the first best thing you can do for yourself when cooking at home is the pre-prep, the mise en place, the thing where you read and measure and cut everything up before you start. Gabie's tangible stress as Josh tries to do things every few moments while other things are supposed to be happening is priceless.
But that dichotomy is typical in most relationships: it's not 2 identical people. Like how Ollie's wife is focused and calm ...

This is a great video! I’m trying to learn to cook (the key word is TRYING 😆) and this book would be so helpful! I hope you’re able to get it printed in English soon. Watching this video made me want to buy it and make this meal! I think I could actually enjoy cooking if I had these step by step instructions and pictures.
I think I love this cookbook so much because it reminds me of food delivery packages like hello fresh or they give you little cards with the instructions and step-by-step I think it's brilliant it makes it to where anybody can cook it because it's so simple as written instructions and visual instructions I think this cookbook was brilliant for her to do it this way I'm also waiting for the English version
