Complete joy in God requires total focus and commitment. I am deficient in both so the Holy Spirit must assist me and that hasn't happened yet. My focus is and always has been wavering, being ADD. What must I do? Joy comes lightly.
Very interesting talk about Jonathan Edwards, quite different to the usual John Piper talks. Edwards writings are not the easiest to read but having talk like this help to get to understand the man, and to see the joy in God which both these men have seen.
