If the baby is gaining weight and urine output is good then your baby learned to empty the breast fast. കരയുന്നത് flow rate കുറയുന്നത് കൊണ്ടാണ്. If there's no weight loss then no need for formula. Monitor the growth chart and percentil to confirm

ഡെലിവറി കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് 21 ദിവസം ആയി.
കുഞ്ഞ് പാൽ ശക്തിയായി വലിച്ചു കുടിക്കുമ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് breast ന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ milk വരുന്ന ഞരമ്പിനു അസ്സഹനീയമായ വേദന അനുഭവപ്പെടുന്നു. 5 ദിവസം ആയി pain തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട്.
പാൽ കുറവ് ആയത്കൊണ്ടാണോ ഇത്?
അതോ മറ്റെന്തെങ്കിലും കാരണം ഉണ്ടോ?
എനിക്ക് കുഞ്ഞിന് പാലൂട്ടണം എന്ന് ആഗ്രഹം ഉണ്ട്. പക്ഷേ, സഹിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല pain.
എന്തെങ്കിലും solution ഉണ്ടോ??
It's normal nothing to worry about. It happens in some mothers with milk production and oversensitive nerves. You can take paracetamol or other prescribed painkillers from your gynecologist for time being

Usually until it's empty. Time duration is not a factor to consider milk transfer. After half an hour offer the other breast as well. If the baby is sleepy at breast it's best to pump and feed with palada if necessary ( in case of weight loss or not gaining adequate weight). 15-20 minutes is a good duration. Massage breast before feeding. In the initial days the breast might not get empty. Make sure the latch is correct and adequate weight gain, urine output.
