Breast milk പൂർണമായും വറ്റിയ നിലയിലാണ്. കുഞ്ഞിന് breast നോട്‌ താല്പര്യം ഇല്ല. ഇനി ട്രീറ്റ്മെന്റ് എടുത്തിട്ടായാലും വേണ്ടില്ല എന്റെ കുഞ്ഞിന് breastmilk കൊടുക്കാൻ സാധിക്കുമോ? ഡോമ്പേരിഡൺ, lactare, ayurveda മെഡിസിൻസ്, galact ഹോം റിമോഡീസ് ഒന്നിലും result ഉണ്ടായില്ല.. 😭
Thank you for your response. I can understand your situation very well. I would say it is possible to have relactation..but I must admit it is not easy, especially for a working mother. I am planning to create content for working mothers soon. Maybe it will enable you to modify your feeding experience. Unfortunately it takes some time to publish.

It depends upon the pump you use. Make sure the flange size and pump every two hrly along with hand expression. You might need a hospital grade pump if the surgery takes place after a while

Either you have to switch to a high grade double sided breast pump with correct flange size or try to latch gradually, use nipple shield in your case

You need to pump after breastfeeding while you take medicines. If the baby is gaining weight you shouldn't worry about your milk production.
