Pollution and quality education can be determined by the size of the city? E.g. Tier 1, Tier 2 etc? Parallely when doing your study, you could have started with equity asset class groups based on equity mf classification? E.g. Largecap, Midcap, Multicap etc? Each has a benchmark index and you could have chosen funds which beat their index a number of times in 5 years. 10 year may be difficult for most classes.Historical data is fine for classification, but 10 years amounts to fossilisation and creating a brand image for old AMCs, to eliminate new players on the block. Fund house change in 10 years, yet the the data from old fund houses get added to the new one just to give data! The study should be 5 years max. A lot has changed for classification here and the future depends on it. I think your study, started with a good basic idea, but has reached ridiculous conclusions, simply because you have not been able to eliminate questions which lack relevance. Has your study group, reflected on how good your conclusions were at the end of this study?

Overhyped place. Not good at all. Huge traffic jam on the road everyday going towards Solapur near Mahindra City. Roads are narrow full of encroachments. Edn is substandard in most schools highly privatised. Consider Nagpur instead.
