This case got settled extremely fast!! Some cases this serious take years to even get to trial. Brooks kept playing games to drag it out the entire trial, then bitches about a speedy trial and "rush to judgement". I'm so relieved that he got the sentence he deserved. RIH Brooks!! 👿

The law in Wisconsin says that a defendant can ask for a speedy trial. If for some reason he can’t have one within 90 days they’ve got to be allowed bail. Brooks has used this before and has done a runner. He’s very devious.

    "Waukesha parade trial"?
You mean "Waukesha massacre trail" or "Waukesha murder trial".

@Jean Finch .... You're right. She did say that and that this was an attack. Plain and simple.
She was exactly right, what he did was an intentional attack upon innocent people.

Actually most States waived all preliminary hearings for all defendants during the Covid shut down and a grand jury was selected for indictments without any defense or defendant present. Waukesha wasn't one of the counties that did this. His atty & Mr Brooks waived his preliminary as he was going to plead guilty but they would not give him the deal he wanted.

True because this mass murderer wanted to serve concurrent sentences so he could possibly see the outside world again unlike like the sealed fate of the victims he murdered.

23-04-2023 Ohhhhh …. that is so interesting. During his trial he very publicly stated that he knew NOTHING about any offer. I cannot decide, after watching the trial (and rewatched), whether or not he is incapable of telling the truth, or whether he just enjoys lying
