Judiciary is today at its weakest and very low level in the history of Modern India due to few Judge's favourite of Sangh.
I think Kejriwal should have been granted 'full' bail. SC should cause implementation of the precept: "Bail is the rule; jail is an exception" - everywhere and also the basic principle of [presumption of] innocence of accused until proved guilty beyond reasonable doubt in a fair trial. The situation of personal liberty in our country in this regard is dismal. Once arrested on some false or even right charges under some drastic provisions of law the accused is condemned to stay in jail for years together! If such an authoritarian system is followed by the US or other foreign countries, the several national revolutionaries of India who plotted and agitated against British rule in the US and foreign countries would not have seen the light of the day anywhere since they were facing more serious charges but in many cases released on bail. There would not have been any M.N. Roy or his radical humanism either. This applies not just to Kejriwal but to all accused. Actually Manmohan Singh ji was quite liberal in this regard and did not cause Modi to be arrested in his regime and left it to the Court only. It is the Supreme Court which ordered even investigation against Modi.
