@@lucienmoodliar193 awesomeness, remember tinfish can be eaten raw, so I simmer to infuse flavours into the fish not too much to cook. You will need to cook kingklip a little longer 🥰 enjoy
Curried Kingklip fillet turned out superb. My suggestion is that you allow the fish to cook for between 6 and 8 minutes. Any longer will make Kingklip dry and tough. Dinner was awesome.

You can marinate if you want & at least it doesn’t break too easily but to keep it intact as hake can break into flakes of fish, try not to move it too much & turn over with one flip if you need. ❤️💕
U can use hake successfully. Place the pieces of hake close to each other. DO NOT TURN OVER, IT WILL BREAK UP. After 6 to 10 minutes , spoon the tomato sauce over the top of each piece. If there is enough sauce covering each piece of fish, it will cook through. Go for lots of thick sauce for this method. Enjoy.
You can use any recipe and leave out the chilli powder & chillies 💕 You can adjust as you prefer Anand but I will try to upload more without chilli spice 🥰
My first fish curry following on from the delicous lamb curry and it came out fantastic. Had to use whole hake and even with careful handling it did break up. Looking forward tp cold gravy in the morning. Brilliant recipe followed it to a T . The heat was just right

Made this before. Was fabulous. Any advice for frozen hake. Fresh fish is not easily available in gp

Thraw the fish thoroughly first. Frozen can add water to the sauce.
